Sudocrem! I have been using this quite a lot, I'd say I started using it in September actually, but carried on using it throughout the whole of October. It is so so sooo good for reducing the size and redness of spots. It is literally a life saver for me, and I can't believe I only recently came over the idea of putting Sudocrem on your spots. (I saw someone tweet about using it and then I looked up some reviews) I put this on at night (only a thin layer on each spot) as it is quite thick, and well, I suppose most people know the texture/thickness of Sudocrem. Although, it is most commonly known to be used for nappy rash on babies. (I think I will do a review on this soon, so yeah.)
Rimmel Match Perfection-Liquid Foundation. I purchased this a while back and didn't like the coverage or consistency, so stopped using it (I was quite spotty then-more than usual) but then decided to start using it again, after seeing Zoella use it after her holiday. My face is clearer (I say clearer but atm I look like I have been attacked by an apocalypse of spots-it's the TOTM *cringe*) so I liked the coverage and I have been using it a lot this month, so this is in my favourites. :)
MUA 'Heaven and Earth' Eyeshadow palette. I bought this near the beginning of October, and in the earlier post where I mentioned this, I said I wanted to use it in my daily routine-and I did (unless I was running late)! I love the different shades and it stays on all day! It really is a bargain, for only £4! I love this!
Tresemme Hairbrush. I haven't got a lot to say about this, it just does the job well and seems very sturdy and gentle on the hair. So yeah.
(I recycled a picture from before, haha)
the little pink tin. It's a cheap lip balm from Superdrug and keeps my lips moisturised for quite a while. It's clear and is perfect for school. (I need to get some more, I've almost finished this tin!)
Vaseline essential moisture cocoa radiant rich feeling lotion 'for healthy glowing skin' - I've just been using this product a lot as well, after having a shower or bath, it keeps my skin smooth and soft, and smells like cocoa beans! :D So this is a good product (or I think so anyway)
Scarves. What can I say? It's getting colder and colder, and whilst these can be a 'fashion piece' they also keep you warm and snug :) I wear them for their warmth factor, I get cold really easily. Brrr!
Boots. They look good and also keep your feet more warm and dry, "nuff said."
Leggings. They keep your legs warm and cosy, and are perfect for lazy days in the house!
Oversized jumpers-I love them! I'm slowly building up my collection. I love the fact that you can hide in them too-well, if they're big enough.
Half-term, I've definitely been glad of this week, so it's going in my favourites! Haha!
Imagine Dragons' album Night Visions. There isn't a single song on there I don't like, sooo..yeah! If you haven't heard of them before, you should check 'em out, they're cool.
Samy's Fat Hair "0" calories thickening shampoo and conditioner. I have the thinnest/flattest hair going, and I really feel this gives my hair a bit of "oomph". It smells good too! :)
Baths-I've been enjoying nice smelling, warm baths with plenty of bubbles this month! Yay!
The Hobbit-Bit geeky I know. But, ah, well. I rewatched the "An Unexpected Journey" this October, and it has re-kindled my love for the book! So, I'm going to read the book again. :) (I'mma start reading again, I can't believe I stopped D: ... ) I didn't know The Hobbit films were going to be a trilogy either, I thought there was just going to be two parts! So now I'm excited! :D I also want to start reading The Lord of the Rings books, I've never read them before.
To-do lists. Because I am so unorganised, I've decided to write "to-do lists", whenever I do, I seem to get more done and procrastinate less. So this is here, because I've found them useful.
And finally, on my favourites-blogging. I've had this blog for a month now, and I've loved blogging. I've really been enjoying it and I hope to carry on with this. It's fun!
(Scuse' the mess in the background..)
Thanks for reading, I really enjoyed doing this blog post! I hope you liked it, and sorry if it was boring! :) xx
Thank you for the comment on my blog!
ReplyDeleteOctober definitely flew by and soon enough we'll be into 2014. Scary! I've heard a lot about Sudocreme but never tried it myself... I'll keep an eye out now :)
I'm living off of to-do lists, I make a new one every single day!

DeleteHii!
ReplyDeletefirstly can i just mention I recently followed your blog and its pretty fabulous! and secondly i totally agree with you about that foundation! I HATED it at first then i saw Zoella, SprinkleOfGlitter and Tanya Burr all using it and I gave it another whirl!
and also where did you get that fat hair stuff from? i have ultra thick hair and i resent backcombing it but the weight of it is a pain in the arse to be honest...
Becky :) xx

hey, thank you so much! and i got it from Superdrug, i got it about a couple of months ago, it was on offer at the time. i haven't been in the shop for a while, but i'm sure they'll still have it there! and i agree, it takes too much effort to back comb, especially if it's for school-and its damaging! D: (unfortunately tho, i have really thin hair *sad face*) xx
DeleteThe mua palette looks gorgeous x
